• Thermostatically controlled underfloor heating and 250mm quilted insulation atop and Kingspan beneath ensure both low carbon consumption and low metered electricity usage.
• Bed linen and towels provided.
• Bedroom 1 – Double Bedroom with built in cupboard.
• Bedroom 2 – 2 Single beds.
• Fully equipped Kitchen- Hotpoint ceramic hob, oven, larder fridge, washer/dryer .
• Open plan dining room to seat 6 with Internet access & TV/sky.
• Spacious Living room on upper floor with commanding view of Busta Voe.
• Shower/bath room .
• Car Parking and disabled access.
